A residential treatment center (RTC) for troubled girls is a therapeutically intensive inpatient facility that caters explicitly to wayward, at-risk teenage girls whose behaviors, primarily due to underlying mental health issues, are negatively impacting and potentially jeopardizing the quality of their life.
